Explore Our ServicesTake turnkey Industrial projects, starting from notifying location of the factory, logistic and feasibility study of the factory and their products in the national level and international levels. The location of the factory will be chosen based on many other Technical and Commercial viabilities. After locating the land, soil test will be carried out, Civil construction work like fabricating and installing the factory shed with structural foundation, steel structural fabrication and erection. The shed should have facility for EOT Cranes.
The Equipment and Machinery will be chosen based on the adoption of latest Technology based on the availability of raw materials near by area. The performance of the intent Machinery will be visited at site or through You Tube Video. The foundation civil drawings will be obtained from the equipment supplier, accordingly civil foundation will be made, then the equipment wil be installed. We need to fabricate and erect side by side the auxiliary services like, water, air and electricity provisions for the equipment. It will take few months or year to complete all these jobs.
After installing the equipment, trial run will be carried out and step by step the equipment performance test will be carried out.
We intent to carry out operation and maintenance of the equipment on contractual basis based on certain mutual agreement with the owner of the factory.
Raw material supply to the newly installed company and also the waste generating in the industry will also be taken care. For example, in Steel Industry, SMS slag will be collected processed useful metals will be separated, then the remaining residual will be converted into pellets ie ¾ inch size and 11/2 inch size. The balance fine powder will be used as substitute for msand and pellet of3/4 inch size will be used as partial replacement of aggregate being used in civil concreting and plastering works. The residual can also be used as raw material for cement plant, Road laying purposes.
We also intent to go for manufacturing latest Solid state blade batteries for E-Vehicles. We intent to have technical collaboration with CATL/ SAMSUG and any one of the leading battery manufactures in the world. Additional we also planning to assemble the controller for the E-Vehicles. The required BLDC or Axial thrust motor in collaboration with Magna motors or the some other leading E-vehicle motor manufactures in the world. Once we establish these facilities, we will be able to supply the EV kit ie BLDC motor, Controller , BMS and Battery for OEM manufactures. This means we can supply to Tata, Hyndai, MahIndra, TVS, and other 2 wheeler OEMs.
There is plan to manufacture Green Hydrogen for industrial and Automobile applications. We intent to carry out modification in Steel Melting Technology. Instead of using Oxygen to reduce the iron ore, we can use Hydrogen. By using Hydrogen, Carbon monoxide, carbondioxide and other oxides emitting from furnaces can be avoided there by controlling the carbon foot print. We intent to protect the environment. Global warm temperature can be reduced. Antarctica Ice melting can be reduced, sea water level raising can also be reduced considerably. By doing these type of Green Steel, Green Fertilizer, Green Cement, Green Copper, Green Aluminum will be our target. We intent to carry out modification in ore reduction technology in Metal and Power Industries.
Our plan in for Green Electricity also, In thermal Boiler , we can carry out modification to use Hydrogen for getting heat. This heat will be used for generating steam in the existing boiler. This will reduce usage of Coal, Husk and other burning material. Not only that the emission from the boiler chimney can be avoided there avoiding the air pollution. We also intent to collaborate with BHEL in adopting Fuel Cell Technology in Power Generation. Ordinary water will be split into Hydrogen and Oxygen. Oxygen can be used for Medical and other industrial applications. Hydrogen also can be used for Automobiles and other industrial applications. The electricity generated will be used for domestic and industrial applications. In future Aero plane will also run in Hydrogen.
For Fuel Cell Technology we need to collaborate with some leading companies. Now a days we are reading the latest batter technology, where in we can travel 3000km in single charge. Sodium Iron Battery Technology also needs to be developed for the automobiles and power storage applications. As Indian it is our duty to bring the latest technology available in the world to India and also we need to develop indigeneious technology for our own use and also can export those technology to the world. Coming to the CEO of the above company Dr.S.Shanmugam, Ph.D., FIE., MIIIE, has very vast Industrial Experience. He completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar Polytechnic College, Salem during 1980. Immediately after passing he joined in Lakshmi Automatic Looms Works, Hosur (A LMW group Company). He worked there in Machine shop as Supervisor. He was looking after various types of machines, like lathe, turret lathe, capstan lathe, centrless grinding machine, surface grinding machines, Milling machines, Plano Milling machines, rough grinding machines. LAL company was having collaboration with Rutur Machnery, Swicherland. After completing 6/7 months experience , he got selected by SAIL, Salem Steel Plant and joined in that company as Senior Operative Trainee on 16-03-1981. He has undergone intensive training at GCE, Salem and subsequently got trained at Rourkela Steel Orissa.
Dr. Shanmugam was involved in the Equipment Erection and commissioning actives at Salem Steel Plant.He paralley started acquiring knowledge by perusing AIME from The Institution of Engineers(India), Graduateship in Industrial Engineering from India Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai, MBA , Marketing Management from IGNOU and finally Ph.D from Periyar University , Salem. He is the life Fellow Member of The Institution of Engineers(India), Life Member of Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering , Navi Mumbai and Life Fellow Member of The Institution of Engineers(India), Kolkatta(F-0182709) He also worked as Secretary of IEI, Salem Local Centre from 1998-2000 and also served as Executive committee Member of IEI, Tamilnadu State Centre from 2000-2006. Now the Executive Committee Member of IEI, Salem Local Centre.
With regard to the Industrial Experience, Dr.Shanmugam worked as Senior Technician in Mechanical Maintenance Department of Cold rolling Mill complex, Worked in CRM Mechanical Method section to procure the materials and spares required for CRM. The Job Contract work was also monitored. He was looking after the Bill passing activities for the ECC and Davy Ashmore Company which was carrying out Erection of Various Equipment in Cold Rolling Mill Complex. He was carrying out preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of the various Equipment in CRM.
During 1996, he was transferred to Technical Bureau Department to carry out CBMS(Condition Based Maintenance System) in Salem Steel Plant. We have started from scratch, stated collecting all technical details of the equipment and fed into Equipment data sheet. Bought Vibration Analyzer from Entek IRD the American Company and stats using the data collector. We got trained by Entek IRD and IIPM, Orissa. After few years of working, Dr. Shanmugam become Vibration Analyst. He was carrying out Vibration Data Collection, Analysis to find out impending problem in the running equipment and suggest remedial measures. We used to carry out Laser Alignment, Belt and Coupling Alignment, In-situ Balancing of Rotating Equipment, Analysis to find out Resonance in the rotating equipment and remedial measures to avoid resonance. With so much vast vibration Analysis experience, he started offering Vibration Consultancy Services to MALCO, SISCAL(Presently JSW) and HPCL, Plant at old Washermenpet, Chennai.
Worked as Shift Incharge of CRM Mechanical Department looking after preventive, Breakdown Maintenance Jobs. Also Coordinated for Capital Repair of Various ng Equipment like, Sendizirmir Mill, Annealing and Pickling Lines, Coil Preparation Lines, Skinpass Mills, Tension Leveling Lines, Shearing line, Slitting Lines, Bell Annealing Furnaces, Coin Blanking Lines, EOT Cranes, Sheet lifting Tongs and C-Hooks.
Carried out the Full Erection and Commissioning of EOT Crane supplied by M/s Mukund. Involved in the Load Test of 20 Number of EOT Cranes. Carried out the total Maintenance of 20 Number of Cranes.Worked as Line Incharge looking after Finishing Lines Equipment, ie Shearing, Slitting, Skin Pass Mills, Tension Leveling line, and Blanking Lines.
